How Richard Linklater sees me... Hello! My name is Michael Erb and I live in Portland, OR with my wife Jenn and our dogs Izzy and Dozer.

I am a one-man IT department (read: Systems Admin, Network Admin, Software Developer, Designer, Information Architect, DBA, and anything else that you can think of), but mostly I like to write Ruby code, Ruby on Rails and iOS apps.

I am also a sports nut. I played volleyball in college (MSU) and on the beach (MPVA).

I love the new technologies that are enabling the ‘Web 2.0′ movement. I think that, pretty soon, we will be looking at about 90% of our daily applications being Web-based.

This web site is powered by WordPress with a modified version of the Cutline theme by Chris Pearson.

I live on my 17″ MacBook Pro and Vim.
